This Series
Speaks to my diaspora; I was born in Kenya, brought up
in the UK, am of Indian origin and I have lived in Australia for nearly
a decade. Home means many
things to me. The title for this series is a nod to the song by the British band Cornershop which I grew up listening to. The song is a tribute to Asha Bhosle; one of the most influential
singers of Hindi films.
