Prina is a multi-disciplinary contemporary artist based in Perth, Western Australia. She was born in Kenya, is of Indian origin and was brought up in the UK.
She has a BSc in Sociology and Social Psychology from Loughborough University (UK) and a Bachelor of Contemporary Art Majoring in Visual Art from Edith Cowan University in Perth (Australia).
Prina brings together her diverse background and degrees in Sociology and Contemporary Art to create works that are meditations on ideologies, literature, social structures and of the world around her.
Working with diverse materials to create sculptures, prints, installations and ephemeral works.
